Extra Time in Class Activities

Sometimes classes run a little shorter than you anticipated. Here are some things I have used when my classes have ran a little short.

1. “If I were President of Korea, I would…..”

This gets my students thinking about what they would do if they were in charge of the country.  Some common themes that came up in my classes were the unification of the two Koreas, banning U.S. beef, changing the Korean education system, and getting Korea out of the FTA.

2. The perfect man.

i can use this one since I work at a girls high school. I have students come up with five things that their perfect man would have. Money, a nice car, a nice suit, big house, nice jaw, and big eyes are common themes from my classes.
